"The Rose Garden" was based on a story by novelist Sumner Locke Elliot and adapted for radio by Anthony Ellis. Elliott Lewis produced and directed. Miriam Hopkins starred. Also appearing were Jeannette Nolan, and Paula Winslowe. This episode aired on October 5, 1950.
