James Maritnez

Just downloaded this episode and looking forward to listening. There is another fun Agatha Christie Suspense adaptation with James Mason called "Where There's A Will" that is worth seeking out too.

I have this episode on CD and I enjoyed it even though Suspense cut out Poirot. I still liked it because it had Laughton and his wife Elsa Lanchester on Suspense together for the first time. I like the way it ended on Suspense since in the book Cust did not do it. Along with this one and Where There's a Will starring James Mason and Pamela Mason there is also a third Christie story featured on Suspense called Philomel Cottage. One version featured Orson Welles and Geraldine Fitzgerald and a later version featured Lilli Palmer.
