Cameron Estep

I have listened to this episode before and I personally think it's great. Lugosi is one of my favorite horror stars and it's a treat to hear him on "radio's outstanding theatre of thrills". I always like his movies such as Dracula, the Raven, the Body Snatcher, Night Monster, and Murders in the Rue Morgue just to name a few. I think it's interesting to hear classic creepy horror stars like Lugosi, Boris Karloff, Peter Lorre and Vincent Price in a radio mystery/thriller radio program. As for the supporting cast in this episode I believe the actress who plays Gladys Tanner is character actress Lurene Tuttle(best known for playing Effie on the Adventures of Sam Spade, Detective) and the role of Lt. Davis is played by Lou Merrill (who appeared on Suspense, Escape, Lights Out, and other shows). Anyway thanks for this episode it's perfect to hear Lugosi's sinister Dracula-like voice on Suspense. Happy Halloween!

Thanks, Cameron! I appreciate the help in identifying the voices. This episode is interesting, and I don't know why it took me so long to post it. Happy Halloween to you, too! Best, Christine

David Evans

I first had this on a record paying tribute to Bela Lugosi after he passed. With an introduction from his son. Love it!
